Lentil Soup

Super simple and flavorful soup that makes even more delicious leftovers!

Course Soup
Cook Time 2 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Bring all ingredients, except salt, to a boil.

  2. Reduce to low heat. Cover and let simmer for 2 hours.

  3. Add salt 10 minutes before the end of the cook time.
